Smith (extraordinary skill)

Smith is one of the extraordinary skills. A smith knows their ways of working metal: it does not really matter if they plans to smith a complex, intricate part of machinery or a steel beam for a building. Tests on crafting, repairing (mechanics) and repairing(electronics) that deal specifically with metal are reduced by half.
