FAST RELOAD is one of the perks that can be acquired.

The effect is:

You reload twice as fast as most others. The action points costs for reloading your guns are reduces by 50%.

If the weapon costs only one AP to reload, you may use that one AP to reload two rounds.

The requirements are:

Experience level: 3
Agility: 5
Handguns OR Rifles: 60
